Lol yeah...Didn't expect that much weight...but I did add in mk677, and insulin for the first time...

Needless to say I'm excited as fuck to start a real cycle in a few weeks..

I'm thinking something along the lines of
1200mg test weekly
750mg deca
50-100 adrol for first few weeks

I've never done a proper cycle like that..never tried deca..curious to see what'll happen..

Hitting 10iu of insulin pre-workout. I had been told the pump with insulin is crazy and I can definitely attest to that. I've never had pumps like this...so this will be the start of week 3 with it, ill run it 2 more weeks, then a month off on metformin, then resume, along with a big cycle.

Legs are up 2" and arms up 1.5" in the last two weeks, waist up a bit as well..1"

Day 4 - Tier 2 Basic - Week B

Deadlift - 315 - 6x4
close grip low pulley row(standing) - 65 - 5x4 + 8

Behind the neck pulldown(on cable machine) - 80 - 5x4 + 7
reverse grip straight arm pressdown - 45 - 5x4 + 8

chest press machine - 320 - 3x4 drop to 270 - 3x4
incline scoop fly - 50 - 2x4 drop to 40 - 2x4 drop to 30 - 2x4

Got my bloodwork done - looks like I've got work to do!




The insulin, from my understanding, essentially force feeds your muscles whatever you throw at the for a 'window of time'. I am using Novalin R so I've got like a 7 hour window where I need to consume high carbs, and protein, and most of them will get shuttled to the muscles.
 
What're you going to do to fix your issues? What was your AI and dosage and was it pharm grade?

I haven't been taking an AI- I started letro last night - going to try 1.25mg E3D. Also started taking synthergine and when I run out of that ilk get Liv52. I've never run any orals heavily so I'm a bit alarmed at those numbers.

Damn those are some high liver values. Are you currently taking anything for them? I know that if you get blood work done and you are taking NAC it will cause irregular liver values (higher then what they really are).
 
I took synthergine when I used that anadrol for a week about 2 weeks out from my competition, then stopped it after.

What aggravates me is I have taken no orals other than that week of anadrol, and a 2 weeks of anavar to test it for my lady friend.

I just started synthergine again last night, will run it until it's gone then get some Liv52.

Kind of puts a bit of hesitation on the anadrol I am wanting to run at the beginning of my cycle in a few weeks.

Saturdays Weight: 193(-4 from last week)

Week Review:
Good workouts. Hitting all macros & going a bit over at times(damnit hunger!). Got some TUDCA ordered yesterday for the liver. Probably going to hit a few more weeks of workouts then do a cruise.

Added in letro at 1.25mg every 3 days
Reduced MK677 to 6.25mg

I feel SO much more limber with lower MK dosing. I can actually hit a leg workout hard again!

Day 4 - Week C - Tier 2

Incline DB Fly - 20@55's
Flat Smith Press - 5's in the hole - 210lb - 15

Behind the neck smith shoulder press - 7@140 drop to 8@90 drop to 10@50

they are high bro, but your bilirubin is OK.. could be related to intense workouts, or even some liver fat since the ALT is high.. definitely keep an eye on them to see they are either improving or not getting worse. if you see the bilirubin climbing that is also a red flag.

as far as diet, calories and food, are you staying within the same food choices to stay lean?
 
Food choices are the same through the week - I'm being pretty relaxed on the weekends.

Workouts are feeling awesome. Now that the lower dose of MK is in my system my hips move again! Lower back pumps are GONE.
So it's been awhile since I've had a cruise, like...I started my prep at 16 weeks out..didn't take a cruise through prep. Think I'll finish out next week, then do a cruise.

Also tossing around the idea of trying out some MD training for a little variability. I just got done listening to PED radio from this week and Scott mentioned how a variation can be beneficial at times. I'd run a 12 week program. On the other hand I am hesitant because I am feeling really good right now.
