Hitting 10iu of insulin pre-workout. I had been told the pump with insulin is crazy and I can definitely attest to that. I've never had pumps like this...so this will be the start of week 3 with it, ill run it 2 more weeks, then a month off on metformin, then resume, along with a big cycle.
Legs are up 2" and arms up 1.5" in the last two weeks, waist up a bit as well..1"

incline scoop fly - 50 - 2x4 drop to 40 - 2x4 drop to 30 - 2x4
face supported rear fly - 40's - 3x10
side db lateral - 50 - 3x8
1 arm cable tricep pressout - 30 - 6x4
bb drag curl - bb+20 - 3x4 drop to just bar - 3x4
hanging leg raise - 6x4
