11 weeks need to drop BF

I am not dieting for a show, just trying to get in great shape by vacation. I'd like to drop about 25-30 pounds in 11 weeks. So what would be your top supplements to drop BF as quick as possible? Clen, T3, ECA,etc??? HGH is not an option and I know diet and cardio. Looking for extra help. Thanks guys and gals
 
Any anabolics ? If not just run some clen and t3 and reduce calories by 500 or so calories so you dont burn your muscle off on aas i would say cut as many cals as you can while your body is anabolic
 
watch running t3 without aas cuz it will eat muscle as well as fat

God, forget the drugs! Im so sick of the influx of drug driven advice....its lazy and the results will not last, why not, instead put in the hard work to do what is truly going to work for health, muscularity and permanent fat loss?

Yes a good fat burner can be used effectively...but that is only icing on the cake after you have dialed in your diet and training.

Poster, what youre after is no small task. If your diet is not perfect you will lose muscle. Yes, you may lose weight...but you will LOOK THE SAME. You wont get harder as the pounds come off....you can prevent this with proper diet. Id suggest professional help for you...someone that can get you looking good...try Phil Hernon or another trainer that sponsors this board.

Right on Ness, I agree 100%. Too many people think if I use these chemicals then poofh, they will look like the boys in the magazines. No disrespect to the poster, but Ness hit the nail on the head get you diet and cardio dialed in. If your really serious about it hire a pro like Alex Azarian, Shelby or Phil Hernon. They will get you dialed in man, for sure! Good luck!

Well we dont know jack about you. You gave us almost no information to work with. Whats your stats? Also, it would be really nice if you did post your diet and training too...that would help.

Not trying to knock you man, but gotta look at our point of view. If your diet and cardio was in check you would not be asking how to drop 25-30lbs in 11 weeks? Like it was stated earlier if you want these results .....hire someone...Alex,shelby or phil. That is our (tricks). Don't get mad, it's just the best sugguestion that we have to offer...because man we did the same thing..I droped 50 in 16 weeks for a show....could not have done it without Alex Azarian. Prior to hiring him, I though my diet and cardio was in check....boy I was so far off. That's all we are saying. Best of luck

Youre saying you need to lose 25-30 lbs to look good for vacation. What happens after vacation? Why is it so important to you to lose this weight for vacation?
 
Ness is right on! Diet and training is KEY! But the up n down with the weight is a concern... Try to keep everything in check all the time and you wont have to crash diet....

How about you change your lifestyle so you are going to just be leaner forever? It doesn't matter when your vacation is.

Well that might be so, but I heard it a 1000 times before. Until I see a full diet, training, cardio and pictures, I would be guessing on what he needs. I would start at the diet and take it from there.

Yes, we all understand you are looking for the quicky beach body, gotta have the abs to impress the girls blah. Like everyone has said, do it correctly with a proper diet etc. If your diet and cardio WERE in check, you wouldn't need to drop 30 lbs for your beach body.
