Anyone here want to put an EMPHASIS ON DIET and proper TRAINING?
God, forget the drugs! Im so sick of the influx of drug driven advice....its lazy and the results will not last, why not, instead put in the hard work to do what is truly going to work for health, muscularity and permanent fat loss?
Yes a good fat burner can be used effectively...but that is only icing on the cake after you have dialed in your diet and training.
Poster, what youre after is no small task. If your diet is not perfect you will lose muscle. Yes, you may lose weight...but you will LOOK THE SAME. You wont get harder as the pounds come off....you can prevent this with proper diet. Id suggest professional help for you...someone that can get you looking good...try Phil Hernon or another trainer that sponsors this board.
