I started with phil in october. I've seen some pretty good results as far as strength and getting cut up. I'm currently trying to bulk and the new ratio is working well. Some current basic lifting stats of mine include weighted dips with 135 added for six reps, weighted pullups with 100 for 8 reps,farmers hold with 240(not counting the implements) for 47 sec, and many others. I'm thinking about maybe competing in a teen bodybuilding comp after teen strongman nats this summer. let me know what you guys think.
