1ccof test CYP./Wk need advice

I have been taking 1cc (200mg) of test CYP./Wk and am on my 2nd bottle and without many changes in my diet or lifting I am down 20 lbs. This is very exciting for me, because I was working my ass off to drop fat and never could and it was due to natuarally low levels of test(blood test revealed that). Dr. told me I would have to be on it for the rest of my life, but at these low doses im not too worried about it, I go in every 8 wks to get test levels checked which vary between are steady at about 1000 and lipid profile done all are doing very good. Ive got some other stuff that I could use with it EQ(Fort Dodge) and Winny injct. Should I use these with what I am doing and what can i expect from them? Right now I do 10 min cardio before lifting to warm up and 20 after I lift. I am asking for advice here, while I am losing fat I have been lifting heavy, but was wondering if I would speed up fat loss by dropping the weight and doing more cardio?

I am 6'0 350 lbs. have alot of muscle just covered in fat. I have felt the past 5 years like im another person living in a cacoon of fat, and these shots of test are making things happen with the fat loss. And yes I have eaten a good diet and been active, Im not a lazy person. I am 28 have been lifting since 8th grade but serious for the last 8 yrs, gained alot of muscle in this time but never could lose the fat and gained fat. I have a pic in the pic forum with Ronnie Coleman. I will try to take a pic and post it. I lift 4-5 days a week do cardio on all those days.
