No this isn't another HEY I just did my first shot of slin post.
A few guys have said they are thinking of doing slin and I thought I let people know what someones 1st week observations are.
This is NOT instructions on how to do it, there are MANY really good threads here on this board for that by VERY experienced people.
I have done 3 VERY LOW dose AS cycles over 3 years. Last cycle was my heaviest and it was only 100mg of Deca every other week and 200 Mgs of TEST every other week for a total of 8 weeks.
I have been lifting fairly consistantly for 17 + years.
I did 2 IUs 2 times the first day increasing 2 IUs until I got to 10 IUS 2 times a day. I am NOT doing AS with the slin.
I do one right after workout and one about 5 to 6 hours later.
Here I am at the end of day 7. I have been sleeping an hour or 2 less than usual and yet I wake up on my own and am NOT tired.
My pulse is up 10 beats per minute. This is consistant throughout the day up by 10 beats.
I have headaches that don't really go away even with tylenol.
My weight is up 2 pounds. Arm measurement up 1/4" Waist measurement the same. I have SEARCHED for body fat calipers but can not find them so no body fat measurement. My gf doesn't know I started anything and she even said honey you are bigger. And she told me before she didn't want me to get any bigger. I actually look leaner which I thought I would get bloated.
I am drinking alot of water and alot of protein shakes but do not piss very much so sounds like I really am retaining water.
Now for the workout factor WOW. Perhaps psychological but here goes. My incline DB press today was 10 LBS higher than EVER in my life. DB rows were up 10lbs heavier than EVER in my life. It is crazy the strength I have gained. That is saying alot since like I say I have been lifting fairly consistant for 17 + years.
I had never heard this about slin so I was NOT expecting it.
Strange and kind of scary happening. A total stranger in a parking lot said "OH man how much can you bench?" Now I am NOT big and have never had a stranger remark about the way I look.
So there it is just objective observations. NOT saying it is the slin just the facts man.
