I mean I was 20 minutes into a wheel session on 10iu of Slin and chugging 100 grams of dextrose - I wasn’t going fucking anywhere.

I carry this big bitch around with me at the gym. Fill it up like 75% with water and add a scoop of EAAs and 4-5 scoops of Dextrose. Typically do 50/50 with Dextrose and Dextrin but I’m out of Dextrin at the moment.

Never mixed the two, might start doing that to lower the cost since dextrose is so much damn cheaper. I’ve been doing just dextrin salt and eaas. Could probably affordable get more carbs in intra if I mixed with dextrose. Solid jug btw. Better than my 45oz shaker that doesn’t keep anything cold for shit.

Never had gas from slin or AAS but have noticed if I hookup with a girl who has some odor down there, I smell it in my farts the next day.
