took these this morning. only 50g carbs in first meal. no pump up. still have sodium high and water very high.
my back and abs, glutes are a tad leaner, other than that look to be holding conditioning.
does anyone out there use the high definetioin jantana mouse. I was wondering how easy is it to apply and whats the best way to do it. I have already done some protan to get a base and dry skin out a bit. I have 2 bottles of the high def. I bought the whole kit and have been exfoliateing and lotioning the last month. also came with one of the spunge applicators. just wondering if there are any tricks to doing it the best. oh and what time would be optimal. I was going to do one after I weigh in tommorow night and then one coat in the am around 8 or so?
