DAAAAMMMNNN!!!! Hes a freak no doubt. I have one of his vids, The Unbeliveable, he has some crazy lifts. His dead is like 800 for 2 and that was a couple of years ago.

That clip is from his new video, "Cost of redemption." He also squats 800 for 2 reps and does leg presses with 45, 45lb plates. Of those who have watched the video, do you suppose his life is that isolated? Or just what they were able catch on film. I realize, he has a job to do and that requires food, rest and zero stress, but he seemed to be in need of some outside world stimulation.

What do you suppose the neighbors think of his big knarly ass?

Wow

I have never seen anything like him.He really is amazing.I was watching that clip in awe.It makes you realize how small most of us really are,no matter how big we may be.This is why when people say stuff to me like "your huge,your big enough,how big do you wanna be?your bigger then anybody in this gym" LOL I just want to carry a little video player and show them that clip.Do people even realize how huge the big pros really are?They are freaks of nature.Makes me just want to eat,train like an animal,and take even more boatloads of gear.I will never look like Ronnie,but that shit is inspirational.

Yeah it is from Basil Poledouris..i use it to train..In fact i have a replica of conan's broad sword from the movie..The shit is unbelievable..and yeah I know how you guys feel. Even if I can be a minny ronnie that would be asking for too much. Shit today was a well needed off day after 5 days of balllz to the ground training..and now I feel guilty..I'll hit that iron hard as hell tomorrow.

not to get off the subject of ronnie but i love that music in the movie. i had to order it a couple years ago. took about 2 weeks to come in. the picture on the cover of the cd is from the movie poster and i have that tattoo on the whole left side of my back.
but yeah ronnie is huge. i have only stood beside tom prince and chris bennett. tp was huge but shorter than me , but his size at that time amazed me. i have never been to abig pro show before so i donot know how the others look up close.

Without a doubt the best in the world. He epitimizes professional bodybuilding. He has the overall balance of conditioning,size,detail and overall symetry. I had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie in 2003 at Chad's show the missouri state as Chad,myself and Ronnie were backstage talking after he guest-posed and he is the most humble,down-to-earth guy you'll ever meet. I had watched him guest-pose before while sitting in the crowd and also watched him at a number of the Mr. O's but to stand next to him backstage I was in absolute awe. You really can't describe how massive this guy is until you have stood next to him pumped up! Gunther was there guest posing that night as well as Ronnie just dwarfed him. Very few bodybuilders give you that SHOCK FACTOR when you see them in person esp. after being around the sport long enough and interacting with them but to this day Ronnie still blows my mind. WE all went out to eat after the show and watching how clean he actually eat's also amazed me not to mention the shear volume of food he consumed that night. The mrs's looked at me in shear amazement heck I don't even think she finnished her food because she was to busy watching to see if he could actually eat all that food!LOL Regardless I think the 2004 is his again this year as I have had the priveledge of seeing pics of him at 4 weeks out and I will tell you this believe it or not he is bigger than last year at this time and harder! From the pic's i saw he could have dropped his water and stepped on-stage and owned the show at 4 weeks out. He is that damn good this year. Just remember I told you here first! Ronnie Coleman 8-time Mr. O I think Dexter will finnish 3rd-4th and Dennis James will surprise alot this year as will Chris Cormier from everything I have seen. His conditioning is on-track and comparable to the Arnold and he is bigger. Chris has regained that overall fullness he had lost he last few years that made him so dangerous. wyldeone.
