I had a slap/bankart tear in my shoulder from numerous dislocations. I got surgery to fix it 7 years ago and to this day I can't conciously flex my front Delt

HGH will help regenerate nerve tissue. But it is a slow process something like 1mm per day from some of my reading so it is slow to heal if there is damage.

Your absolutely right,,,a very slow process indeed. Ive had some nerve damage well over a year and it feels just like it was yesterday.

I thought the same 2 days is too soon to start using it. If theres no damage, good. But even now, I would stop ALL stress and strength use of the muscle and just focus on recovery. Remember nutrition. You can take all the HGH in the world but it wont build tissue out of air or pixie dust. Eat healthy, take all your minerals and vitamins.

Do you practice progressive muscle relaxation techniques? I do when I have time before bed, it really does help... Also have you looked into EMS Electronic muscle stimulation devices? ask your doctor first of course, but I used one when I tore my pec got almost all my strength back within a few months... Now I'm not sure if I attribute it to that, but it was something that I was doing along with the treatment they put me on and progressively moving up in weight at a very slow pace, about 2 1/2lbs, then 5lbs and finally 10lbs per side every workout... But the ems forces the muscles to relax and contract, you can pick one up on amazon for about $30, that's a steal, I remember they used to be about $300 in the 90's...

Some doctors are more aggressive with rehab. When I tore my quad my doctor had my leg immobilized for several weeks post surgery but some people I know with same injury the doctor had them doing things right after the surgery. Friend of mine had double knee replacement and doctor had him walking stairs couple hours after surgery. It took about a year for my quad to fire normally. It was my right leg which is my dominant side so I used my left leg mostly after then one day I just realized I was using right leg without thinking about it.
