:p OK so I started a new thead, the other one was gettin long. 2 weeks to go, I thank everyone for there opinions and helpful insights. I brought out some trunks so all you undie haters can be happy. This is one of my last carb days havent made my mind up yet if I wanna intermediate one yet. DOnt feel like depleting for 10 days. Feel harder, but alot flatter, I probably post one or 2 more times then off to pitt to get my butt kicked, and ask myself why I do this to myself when it is easier to eat at burger king everyday and lift weights. Here ya go!!!

:( dont know weighed myself 240 with clothes, afternoon, after meals and fluids. Havent weighed myself in the morn, dry and before any intake Im guessing true weight 235 right minus clothes and everything else.

I have to say your legs are the first thing that pops out at me..

those calves are looking good.

HEll the whole package is looking good you should come out on top if everything is dialed in that day...best of luck to you
 
damn man those are some awsome calves wish I had those, are upper bodys are very similir, but wheels do not compare. You should do great, and for sure calves are strong point so be sure to make that apparent they are hard to get attention too, but doing a lot of rear poses should help during your posing routine, a good way to attract attention to them instantly is raising leg froma rear pose and slamming your foot down hard flexing the calve. craig titus did this int he 01 Mr O really caught my eye.
