Did you see the sodium in most of these foods? Talking MAJOR bloat! Even in a Blimpie grilled chicken sub has 1,260 mg... that's crazy! Why does it have to have so muc sodium?

I agree, I think many fast food chains are at least trying to clean up house a little. I don't think any of these top restaurants even think about. If I went to Chili’s or Outback, I could easily eat 1500-2000 cals in one meal. I have not eaten out in a long time do to things like this!

It really do suck. You think you are choosing something health off the menu only to find out when you get it that it's swimming in butter and fat, plus added sugar and salt.

It would be so nice if they would offer something that was truly healthy.

This crap is bad enough then add the fact that the serving size in most American restaurants is just ridiculously huge. Yet that is what most people expect. No wonder obesity is an epidemic.
