Yea it absolutely can , but generally type O doesn’t have an issue with beef , im O- , beef and other red meat digest fine. a full meal of lean pork does keep me full for way longer and gives me gas

I think the beef is just me not chewing properly. No issues with ground.

But I just looked into it, the other foods they mention to avoid actually make sense. Thanks for bringing this up.

I never really put much faith in the whole eating for your blood type until i worked with a couple females that seemed overly "sensitive" to several things , they we started playing with there foods some and was actually pretty accurate

Some ideas seem to actually find feedback in the real world indeed, but if I had to follow the whole concept, as a A+ individual I should absolutely refrain from lifting and stick to a low protein diet and very bland activities like Yoga and Tai Chi. Go figure.
 
Proteins : eggs , sardines, lean beef
Carbs sweet potatoes white potatoes bananas pineapple papaya
Fats : walnuts , coconut oil ev olive oil
Veggies : tomatoes , broccoli
Add ons : cinamon , sea salt , turmeric , ginger , garlic , green tea.
