hey guys I'm not trying to be a dumb ass but could you please explain this for me for the past three mths my body wt was stuck at or around 188- 193 give or take a lb this past week end my weight was 202 @ 1:30 pm and over the week end I asked the gf if I looked like i was at 200 and she said no, the problem is 200 seems like i should be "a big Boy" now I know I'll never be like big JAY or Ronnie but my ht is only 5'5 @202 where is the size I'm looking for? All my lifts have gone through the roof but I'm missing the MASS WTF? Iknow it is what i eat and how I train and both are in check is it just all in my head? Because now i'm looking at 215 as the new goal Thanks for the input
