hey guys I'm not trying to be a dumb ass but could you please explain this for me for the past three mths my body wt was stuck at or around 188- 193 give or take a lb this past week end my weight was 202 @ 1:30 pm and over the week end I asked the gf if I looked like i was at 200 and she said no, the problem is 200 seems like i should be "a big Boy" now I know I'll never be like big JAY or Ronnie but my ht is only 5'5 @202 where is the size I'm looking for? All my lifts have gone through the roof but I'm missing the MASS WTF? Iknow it is what i eat and how I train and both are in check is it just all in my head? Because now i'm looking at 215 as the new goal Thanks for the input
 
dude it never ever ends. you will be 215 in another year or so and still feel the same. just dont let it become an obsession, be the best you can be and leave it all in the gym.

200lbs........and the word "BIG" don't mix.....lol the # you looking for is 230 then you will find what you looking for.

for reall don't even look at the scale just keep bf% down small waste you will look like a freak at 5'5 when you find what works for you.

well said!!! i'm 268 this morning at 5'10 every 1 i know say's i look a "freak" or a "condum full of walnuts" but i don't feel big at all. all in your head.
 
how about tellin what you've been doing for the lifts to go through the roof?
 
I don't know how lean your are but if your not in the single digits, getting leaner will make you look a lot bigger.

Your right,,,it never ends. Many will notice your gains while you may feel like the are small and unnoticeable.
 
I agree with the magic number being 230 or higher. I'm 6' and come on stage at 231. Now not the biggest boy out there but hard at 231 +or-. But in the old bastards division I'm usually the biggest one. Closest to me so far was 96 kg but at about 5'10" he was freaky, not bigger but fuller looking. So keep at it and do not worry about the weight. Here is what I tell my clients about weight, "If you look shit hot at 250 or shit hot at 150 what's the diff. You still look shit hot". Not all the folks at my gym want to be freaks. Just me!!!
 
do not worry about the weight. focuse more on the bf because there is the trick. how old are you engbuldog?
 
Ok I'm 32 years young and as for all my lifts incline bench 255x3,flat 315x5,bb curl 115x 8 squat is kinda sad but 315x 6-8,deads 315x10 I know you guys could or do lift more but for me those are great cuz i Oct of 06 my lifts were at incline 195x4,flat 225x5,bb curl 90x8, squat 225x5 and deads just started 3 mths ago And the pics should be up this weekend , the whole bf thing scares me due to the fact that i dont wanna give up any size but if any one has the time to advise me on a diet i'll give it a rip so if ya wanna e-mail me shoot a pm and I'll give you my e-mail Thanks for the advise guys
