I can tell you roughly how it works with cardio diet and training and chemistry
training ---> very low volume, TOP SET / BACK OFF method
diet ---> proteins (not even that high), the pro classic guys and some pro open eat 900/1000g of chicken per day, 50g of Whey, nothing special maybe 2.2/2.5g of proteins per Kg of weight (kg not lbs)
low fats, generally he puts 1 whole egg for breakfast + 2/3 eggs before bed (alternatively fresh salmon or 50/60g of almond/peanut butter)
chemistry ---> I'll tell you about the prep of a classic open who is now a few weeks away from the mr olympia, in the off season he made him do 500mg test + 400 EQ (according to him if you don't grow like this change sport) + 4 GH units
