was wondering if i should change up my cycle in anyway,going to shoot 1 gram of test 450 of deca 50 mg of dbol and 10IU post workout (3 day split) so 30 iu of gh a week
 
Curious, what did you do your first cycle?

well I been taking 3 IU daily for about 7 weeks now and my bud told me if its early morning its main for fat loss. For muscle growth do it Intra muscular post workout and try the 3 day workout a week. 3x7 is 21(IU of gh i use in a week) he wants me to split that into 3 shots monday,wednesday,friday post workout which would be 7 IU post workout. Im jus gonna do 10 as of right now i got a lot of gh. Roughly 7 kits left(700 IU)

I believe GH should be run daily........4 iu/day would be preferred. What kind of stats you holding? hgt, wgt, age, experience?? Goals?? I ask because 1 gram/week of test is starting to get up there. If your body has enough mass and you have the experience then fine. But other than that it is a waste of money and test. I think you know what I mean here!
 
Kinda OT, but how tall are you? Not trying to be a jack ass, but if you tall and your only 178lbs and your already using over a gram and a half of gear, then you should be looking at your diet and not your next cycle.

Agreed, run it at 5iu 7 days a week.
 
im currently 5'9 177 with 11% bodyfat. Been training for roughly 3 years now. Well Reason I am going all out is because im a east indian and want to be like a poster boy for indians to body build. I wanna compete, dont care about winning but just to achieve this goal and hopefully I can help out my community to get their ass off of drugs/alcohol and start working out.I also got some media back up (indian newspapers that are looking forward of seeing me shredded and advertise me in the papers to hlep out our community). I live in brampton,canada its a city full of indians but a lot of em are on drugs. So tyring to help out the community. Sorry for the long past I just realized i kept going on and on
 
Bro you ran 900 and 450 for your first and you said your 5'9" at 177. What did you weigh before your first? And how old are you? With only 3 years of training I think a gram is way to much( I agree with oldfella) and a watse of money. You should've been able to run half the test and got some great gains. More is not the answer. Your training and diet need to be in place before you start uping your amounts. Just my 2cents.

You need patience, with those stats you don't have a build yet and your using almost as much as I am at a 100 pounds more than you man.

PATIENCE is the name of the game, chances are you will gain the same off of just 750mg as you would all that crap together.

Especially at such a light weight and 1 heavy cycle already under your belt, something is very very off w/ your diet or training.
 
Yeah, save your money by getting your diet in check first. You don't want to have to expalin to the newspaper how you suddenly shrunk up so fast after your photo shoots. That's what would happen if you ran all that gear, your diet and training are not spot on enough to hold any of these gains afterwards. What would your PCT looked like?

Post a layout of the meals you eat on a typical day and we can probably help you out.
