hey guys, hee is my 1st draft for my second cycle.

(first cycle was 500mg test E for 12 weeks, weeks 13 and 14 were prop with small amount of var)




wk 1-8: 500mg test E, npp 300mg
wk 9, 10 - test E 500 mg
week 11,12 - test prop (swaped for testE), 40mg var ed

week 13:start pct for 4 weeks. nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 50/25/25

hcg 250iu e3d, rimi 2.5mg eod run throughout

thats it. thinking out loud notes:
1.im thinking about using another anabolic for weeks 9,10 to replace the npp. i just stopped it at week 8 as i wouold like to run the test E for a further 2 weeks so it dusnt fuck me up. ..or will it be ok to stop at the same time as its short ester and test e is long?

2.i will be doing 250mg test E, 150mg npp every 3rd day (so does is slightly higher). is it ok to sho0t npp this way?

3. with only running it for 10 weeks , i looked it to using a faster acting test, but i didnt want to shoot eod with prop and sust will be to unsteady

4. may swap var for primo

I will critique your cycle BUT you didn't provide us with any information=-) Like how tall you are, weight, bf, diet, etc. You did give cycle history.

As far as your cycle goes, i have run something very similar with the test E being a tad bit higher(750mg). I like NPP because i am very sensitive to prolactin sides and deca seems to trigger those EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can't really comment on if the amounts are too much for you because even though it is your second cycle, i don't really know how far along you are.

I am guessing that you could do with less of the extras(prop at the end and var) and still get great results. You could run those during another cycle in the summer or some other time.

If you have a specific question, let me know but overall the cycle doesn't look crazy.

diet basic is, protein 1.5g per lb, carbs 100g on non training days, 300g on training days. fats at 0.5g per lb
train 3 day split

Hey,

I prefer to run my NPP eod. Thats a preference though. the half life of phenyl-proionate is 4.5 days. I take NPP over deca because it lets me keep my blood levels more stable with more frequent injections. Like i said, this is a preference.

As far as diet, i cannot see you getting enough calories with this diet. I would reccommend upping the protein and good fats.

just my 2 cents.

10 weeks shooting eod is just a bit much, otherwise i would of ran prop. plus iv only got the balls to shoot my glutes

I would still reccommend the protein higher personally. Once again an opinion.

Not to see the best gains! IMO you should take in 300P, 400C, 75-100F, you don't eat, you don't grow. 2nd cycle? 250-500mg of test is plenty! Also I would recommend low sets, high intensity, training 1 bodypart per week for growth. Stick to basic movements. Of course this is off season growth, unless you are getting ready for a show.
