2nd show in less than 2 weeks and trainer left

hi evey one i have my second show in less than 2 weeks in merrit island florida and im not sure if my trainer will make it back in time to help with the tanning apllication or other things that go into the last week. And i was wondering if anyone from the forum is near the area who would like to help me out.

their is a wealth of knowledge here bro and alot of guy use trainers here and work with them over the web with great success.

Just be totaly honest with all sups and food , take ALOT of pics of all poses and let them help you out.

As far as tanning goes , I'd start using a good moisterizing soap rightnow and exfoliate every couple days and keep your skin moisturized , dry skin and liquid tan looks like shit. You'll need to drop the moisterizer say wednesday if the show is saturday. Make an appointment to get a spray tan either the early morning of the show or the nightbefore and just don't bath till the show is over

before my first show i worked out hard to bring up my physique and get my diet down right now im just worried about the tanning appllication along with the drying oout phase
