Hey guys - Hope everyones Holidays went well! I have a question about workout splits. I structured my workouts like BigA suggested with:
Monday - Chest etc..
Wednesday - Leg etc..
Friday - Back , Bi etc..
Is there a certain reason for this split? Is it a training preferance or is it structured in this way so the body benefits the best from this schedualed routine.
Will doing Monday Chest.. and Wednesday Back Bi not be as beneficial?
