delts, rear delts, ventro glute, g;ute, and triceps will all hold 3 cc just fine for me
i feel like doing those big shots all the time when i was young really increased the amt of scar tissue i have.
sure at times it gives you a nice swell but... i do feel years later i am paying the price, live n learn sorta thing.
i am pretty crunchy at this point and need to be more gentle and creative. lol
but triceps are great, or where. lol tons of spots and you have both heads, and yes, they can take three. in retrospect i would tell myself to keep to 1.5. lol :lightbulb:
delts medial and rear done point down to the floor for the most part, then when that needs a break go in lateral to medial lie at the dr. again they CAN take 3cc but... 10 years later you will be poking around for soft spots. :lightbulb:
biceps were great but again after years of bigger injections if i go there its crunchy, hard, n swollen for a week or so.
quads! yay! top, middle, and even down low when i was feeling lucky! still good after all these years!:headbang: 1cc shots i dont even feel.
hips! super weird at first but virgin territory!
lats! another potentially FUN spot

i save my ass for water admins only. my ass dose not like injections!

water sups are ok and rotate cheeks and spots eod
oil is 100% no go. ouchy swollen every time.

have shot water into hams but only once or twice
calves for when young stupid and looking for pain!
basically all of these spots can take 3cc's, maybe you will be sore, swollen, red, hot, black/blue/green/purple been there done ALL OF THAT :banghead: repeatedly of the yeas. i feel its just part of living like this.
so have fun and dont worry when you do the above, but looking back i would tell myself to keep the volume down.
