This is my 10 day rotation of the WSB program. I have been using it for quite some time and the results have been excellent. It works well for those with a busy work schedule.
I train on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. My workouts are numbered as follows 1) ME Sq/Dl, 2) ME Bp, 3)DE Sq, 4)DE Bp. ME= max effort, DE= dynamic effort.
With the 10 day rotation I have more than enough recovery time even with increased volume. Every once in awhile something comes up and I have to change my workout days. This program allows me to do that and still maintain my rotation.
I'll go into the specifics of each workout as I start to post them. Also, I will explain why I am doing what I'm doing at that time. This way you can start to understand why I am following a certain path.
