Mom and I looking for a generic Westside Barbell template for weekly squat, bench and deadlift workouts. As we understand it, there is a Speed Day, Max Effort Day, and so on.
Obviously, there is no "one size fits all" type thing as people have different strengths and weaknesses. We just want to see how one might typically set up a training day for the lifts, and perhaps some times for when and how to change things up.
I'd talked to Louie sometime back, and will call him again tomorrow, but thought I'd do a little homework in advance.
