Ok guys here it goes just finished my show and am on PCT from cutter. This will start Aug 1st after 8 weeks OFF.

5.9"
32 Years old
11 years training ( 8 SERIOUS, 4 years competing Won Open Class in 07 CLEAN)
198 today ( post contest 7% BF), after weighing in at 183 as the smallest LHW in last show placed 5th...

10 weeks
1-10 500E ( have 1 Sus on hand gonna do 250 sus and 250 E first 4 weeks then go straight e last 6)
1-10 Tren Ace 50 Eod 200 mg week
1-4 50 Mg drol
1-10 1.25 Letro EOD ( I am a sensitive to bloat)
2 weeks Post last inj.
Nolva 40,40,20,20
Clomid 150,100,50,50

Diet 3500 cal
350 Protein
350-450 Carb ( 450 on sundays)
70 clean fats
5 day split weights, 6 days cardio 30-40 min sessions. I have always done cardio year round.
It has always seemed to help my weight training intensity plus I like the all the +'s it does for your health. I do Incline walking, stairclimber, bike, eliptical something different EVERYDAY...

you know i wish alot of guys with theyre giant cycles for their first or second cycle would look at this. heres a competitor with alot of years of training and diet experience using moderate doses. and really read this, look at the nutrition and training. its dead on. he's not relying on the AAS instead its a supplement to diet and training. by the way, with your experience i think your just fine with this cycle, my only suggestion would be HCG throughout, keep those boys working.
 
Thanks man! I was also thinking of HCG. I can get it next day...but have not ever thought I was using high enough dosing of anything to use it...I have never used higher than 500 T on any cycle. I went from 188 to 219 on 250 T and 40 Var that was my first cycle :)
 
id personally go with the hcg all the way through but if you feel you dont need it and you recover just fine with the pct ur already doing thats up to you. i always go safer than sorry.
 
Thanks. I think I will run it since this is the first time with 3 things.. I normally just run 2.. I have heard stories of drol putting 15 lbs on guys in 2 weeks :eek: So I was a little aprehensive to use it instead of dbol/tbol to kick...thats why only 50mg a day is what I chose..I am hoping I can hit 235 to 240 and keep the upper abs :D which I don't think I will have to worry about since I am a cardio freak,lol.

After speaking with the head NPC TN judge.. he told me EXACTLY what I thought he would "your legs are heavyweight caliber, the problem is the rest of your physique is middleweight caliber, however you don't have a problem with conditioning ever your always are hard and dry, just take advantage of being able to grow 15 lbs and STILL be a light-heavy :)"

With that said I am not a delusional guy that thinks I can do again what I did this past season and gain 18 lbs STAGE weight ( 165 to 183 ) in one year...From what all the vets say your first couple of cycles are ALWAYS the best. I believe I gained so much because of 3 things:

1.A CONSISTENT 4000 cal diet the entire bulking phase last year
2. NOT EVER MISSING A WORKOUT, however I did take some advice and only trained quads every 2 weeks, hams every week.
3. 40 min of cardio YEAR ROUND

Thats the main advice I give to a lot of 25-26 year old at my gym ( I am by NO MEANS an expert, lol) " look if you can't eat the right food and put down the beer on the weekends DONT USE GEAR AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

It floors me how many guys at my gym use over a 1500 mg of crap a week but yet still look like SHIT!
