1)DE Squat 325-6x2 with blue bands
2)45 Degree back raise with cambered bar 3x10
3)CHG back raised 12" 3x10
4)Wide grip pulldowns 315-4x10
5)DB curl 40-3x10
6)Decline ABs 4x20
The speed was very good, my knee feels great after 3 weeks of soreness. I am off the anti-inflammatories since Wednesday night, I still ice twice a day and that has really helped a lot. I just got the Pro Model 45 degree back raise from Elite Fitness. It is the shit! It smoked my back with just 60 pounds. Some of the guys used bands, so I hope this will be the missing link to help get me to that 1000 kilo total(2204).
