3)Close grip pulldown 315-4x10
4)DB Side laterals thumbs down 20-3x20
5)Hammer curls 40,50,60x10
6)Standing Abs 100-4x20
I don't like doing declines, it places a lot of stress on my already bad shoulders. LOL! I always shut it down early, next Wednesday is shirt day!
