1. DE BP: 135x8x3 No Contrast-used reverse grip-good speed
Took long break to help club members with shirt work for their MM workouts-sabatoged Shelby's workout with crappy hand-off's, and over tightening of his belt.
2. Four Boards: 275x3, 275x5 Did two more sets but the spotter was doing all the damn work.
3. MM Style Lockouts: 315x3, 365x3, 405x3, 455x1 Isometric Press
F-Dub I know this is not the ideal accessory work to be doing.
4. CSR: 2 Plates and a Light Bandx4x10
5. Seated DB Power Cleans: 35'sx4x8
6. Decline Situps: 60x4x10
