Hi guys,
Just thought I would share some information which has really surprised me and my coach. I am very gyno sensitive and my estrogen has a habit of shooting up very easily I had blood work done after having bad gyno and wanting to get it under control. My estradiol came back at 196 the first time round which is ridiculous. So I started letro at 1.25mg ED until after 10 weeks I retested and recorded a result <40.
During this time I was well aware of the bad effects letrozole can have on lipid profile, so I did a bit of research on google and found a study which talked about letrozole in rats and that using aloe vera helped restore normal lipid profile.
Aloe barbadensis Mill. formulation restores lipid profile to normal in a letrozole-induced polycystic ovarian syndrome rat model. - PubMed - NCBI
I am not massively clued up on the science behind any studies but read between the lines and thought I have nothing to lose so I will start using the aloe vera. My mum had been selling products through forever living which is mainly aloe vera based products - she had always said oh you should try this aloe gel, its got a whole host of health benefits.. to which I firstly thought was a load of crap. After reading the study I asked her to send me some.

I followed the instructions and used the recommended amount, when I ran out I found a aloe vera drink in the supermarket and used that instead which contained 20% aloe vera.

Long story short... I have run pharma letro - before anyone says was it fake. Which it wasn't as it pulled my e2 from 190+ to sub 40 in 10 weeks and then continued to use it over a 6 month period whilst on higher doses stopping 2 weeks ago as I entered a cruise dose - I tapered the letro down to 1.25mg e3d.
My bloodwork came back with HDL LDL and total all in the middle of the normal ranges.
In addition to the letro I had just come of the back of a 20 week higher dose run, nothing insane but 750mg test 750mg of either deca, eq or tren e rotated every 6 weeks. The last phase of the cycle was tren.
My diet was clean I eat the same 6 meals every day and have done for the past year. Contains a lot of healthy fats from nuts and avocado, coconut oil etc. My health supplements include curcumin, general vits and minerals, fish oil, k2, res, glut, vit c, milk thisle.
I am not sure how my levels are normal but I am going to keep doing what I am doing as it is clearly working, and thought I would share the info so any of the more scientifically minded people could chime in their thoughts or do some research.
