as many of you know i have been sick and i am just gettign back to the weights today..i have not been able to train hard or consistantly for 12-14 weeks and not at all the last 8 weeks...i am feeling better and loaded up on vit/min and all sorts of other supp's to make me better,stronger faster..holy shit i am the SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN... anyway i look forward to gettign my look back as it is all but gone from eye site...for the first 2 weeks i am circuit training on my hammer strength at 50% weight 15-20 reps for 3 full sets..it takes about 15 minutes to complete all 3 rounds and i feel pumped and heart is racing...
