This is a very sad story...i feel very bad for the parents of this child. I could not imagine what they are going through.

No winners in that situation.

I hope the parents there get hit with criminal negligence/child endangerment for harboring a murder suspect in the home of a 7 year-old.

After watching that,i pray the family receives justice.I cant understand why the officer would be that inhuman an reckless an fire a shot for no reason into the house.The people there might no have know he shot or was involved in criminal activity.Its sad he would put his loved one in harms way by staying at the home where children are present.

I believe it was a duplex and the girl was in the side not under investigation... or the cops got the wrong side.. something like that.

It looks like now that the shot that killed her came from the outside of the house. CNN showed the bullet hole and word now is that the cops are lying about what happened. It has been turned over to the state. A&E was there filming a documentary too when it happend and it looks like they have the whole incident on tape. The truth will hopefully come out now due to this video. Only time will tell what happened.
