Drug Free

Ok, let's say he is drug free - If he really wants to be paid and a freak - like he claims in the articles he has up there - taking drugs will take him to the next level - a 1300 pound bench, 32 inch arms and an 80" chest.

But wait - he has "no respect" for anyone who takes steroids and "other drugs" so I guess that's out. We'll never really know the full potential of this guy.

Oh, by the way…I was at a recent IFBB showing and Ronnie Coleman is all natural too, lol. Has anyone seen his latest DVD? Its funny becuae the guy interviewing Ron is like, “how have you put on 70 pounds since winning your first Olympia roughly 10 years ago at 220 pounds”. Ron is like, “duh”??? Ha, I am thinking, lots of chicken breasts (hint of sarcasm there)! But seriously Coleman must be all natural then too, he even says he is on his website, so why not believe him???

Gosh am I am a sarcastic mood today. Who do these guys think they are kidding???

He's just big - big big, not muscly big. He doesn't know what he's talking about though if you read his site. Not to mention there aren't really a lot of pics of him and his way of building world record arms is to train the brachialis - "they push the bicep up and out"... hmmmm....

He could very well be all natural, but I'm not sure that deserves any kind of medal. There are a few massive fat units at my local pub who have prbably never touched a steroid either. And if he can bench that, where's his powerlifting results? IronMike

Not this dork again. This guy has been claiming this crap for years.

There are guys(dorks) at my gym like him. 30%+ bodyfat, using 95% machines and don't even have correct form on a machine. It's painful to watch them.
