a few questions about slin 4x a day?

iv tried humolog 4 to 5 times a day in the past but my diet way shite, and gained more fat then i would like, but am gonna give it another go soon and wanted to ask a few question?

question 1: does fat really turn in the bodyfat while slin is active?

if this is true then this is were i fucked up last time, iv been thinking about what kai green and gorge farah said, basily they dont add "fats" to any meal and just eat carbs and protein, maybe they do that coz they hammer the slin

also zak khan does not eat fat in any meal, expect this pre-bed meal which is 4 whole eggs

question 2: does it matter if i jab nolvarapid every 2.5 hours, wont it stack and cause problems?

question 3: i hear metformin can make the hypo if the take while slin is active, when are you ment to take it if your doing slin all day?

last time i done slin multiable times a day, i used humolog and jabbed 5iu 20 mins after every meal before 7pm into muslce! (75g of complex carbs in each meal)

if your doing 1 jab atm then go to 2.... and stick with that etc then see how it is working with you and your diet and continue to make adjustments as needed to find the perfect ratios etc.. then continue with 3 same thing stay there for a while...

Yeah good point, ill stick wid the pre workout slin and add post breakfast jab in

Yeah humalog would be better but it hard to get hold of in uk, only fast acting and lantis seem available here.

Am tempted by the lantis but it sounds a sure way to get fat and become insluin dependent
 
My friend was working with one of the top trainers, he was told to do up to 16 iu slin x 3 times a day,eod mainly. Used humulin-r. He took a shot in the morning, pwo or prew and evening then had a shake (whey,aminos,glutamine and dextro or oats,banana,honey) then ate a meal, no added fats as I can remember - that is for sure but he got trace fats from chicken, lean beef or whatever protein he choose to eat after a shake. Did this for a few months and said this was the most productive offseason ever. He had used humalog previouslly, once or twice a day, but results where nowhere as good as with this protocol

This sound like the best protocol I heard, no1 can get Humulin-r in uk, that I know, ill check sponcers
