A Little Knee Pain

Pinned today around noon. Everything went fine. No pain, nothing. It's now 10ish and I have a pretty good pain right above my knee. The pain feels to be the muscle being sore, there's no swelling or anything like that, but I don't really feel like taking any chances. I figured I'd just wait until the morning to see how it was, but I thought I'd get some opinions. Thanks.

What were you doing when you were pinned? What exercise?

ONe thing that I discovered is that the oil from the injection tends to go down your leg following gravity. It is contained within the fascial compartment(tough connective tissue that covers the muscles). Some of it may travel down to just above the knee and should stop there.
