I was wondering on something...When you all do chest say you doing rep range 10-6(just sample rep range). Do you always do a warmup with 45plate on each side...or do you for instance say you lift 110 for 10 then 120 for 8 so on so on..the next week would you do 120 for 10 on 130 for 8 or how do you all know when 2 go up and weight and how do you do your chest? I think this question may be confusing lol if it is sorry.....

I do as many warmups as I feel necessary. There is no set amount or scheme everytime. I know for me my legs take forever to get warmed up because I have virtually no synovial fluid left in my knees. (Thanks USN!) So for legs, I do alot of warm up sets. My arms warmup fairly quickly so I only do one or two warmups before moving on to my working weight.
