Here is an odd question for everyone. I'd love to hear opinions!
Do any of you find yourself flexing your muscles and doing muscular poses throughout the day? If so, why?
I do this obsessively, and I think it has to deal with the un-eveness of my muscle development. My entire left side slightly lags behind my stronger right side... so I for some reason feel the need to "check" on my muscles.
Anyone else do this, or is it just weird?
Also, I know about how to balance uneven muscles, but that also limits the development of the stronger side
