back ground: right now i am on tets e 750wk, deca 400wk, and in 3 days i will add in my winny @ 50-75mg day.
my issue is is that i want more ab definition. my diet is good, as good as i am will to get it(trying to gain as much muscle as i can). my question is what is the best time to do cardio. i have been reading up on it and this is what i gathered: inorder to burn the most fat without losing muscle is to do low intensity cardio in the moning before breakfast. can anyone verify this for me.
stats: 25 yrs old, current weight 165lbs, 5'8'', 9% body fat.
my stomach is the only place holding fat still. i dont want to diet(lower my cal) bc i am trying to put on as much muscle as i can. thanks for any help guys!
