LAY ON THE FLOOR, PRETEND THERE IS A MIRROR ON THE CEILING(KAISER, YOU MAY ACTUALLY HAVE A MIRROR ON YOUR CEILING) AND FLEX YOUR ABS. THERE, THAT IS AB TRAINING. KEEP HANDS ON EARS AND ELBOWS TOWARDS THE FLOOR TO CREATE MORE RESISTANCE IF NEEDED.
