Abdominal cramps

Good article, after many years of training athletes and myself I found out that it seemed to be different for each person. I was one that had the most trouble with abs cramping, not usually when i was training but other times ,especially during sex, lol. Magnesium has helped but not the cure all. Mine was always worst at my leanest, which is common with most people I think. Sometimes a good dose of sodium would help at times it wouldn't. I'm all but sure all cramps have to do with out of balance electrolyte rhater than one particular one. But when you see multimillionaire athletes with unlimited resources and testing having problems you know there is probably something more than nutrition and electrolytes causing the problem

No high fructose corn syrup in gatorade anymore. Just sucrose and dextrose now. Doesnt necessarilly make it any healthier though

Yes, very good, thanks for correction. I looked at a gatorade bottle today. Powerade also, that still has high fructose corn syrup. I quit gatorade some time ago when I read about it containing BVO(bromenated vegetable oil, banned in other countries, used as a fire retardant). Supposedly Gatorade removed that since I read about it.

I noticed I have the same problem when my dose of letro is a bit high...seems to go away when i lower it.

i am the exact same. never experience cramping ANYWHERE else. only abs and only during/after direct training. i stay lean and have always had a visible six pack. additional mineral intake doesnt seem to help whatsoever.

never found a good reason although i only do direct ab work maybe once per mth and only a few sets, ive wondered if its possibly more cns related than electrolyte related?

UPDATE
using more salt doesn't seem to help, and I've been salting to the extent I almost couldnt eat the meal :D
However I've seen Emeric advising to try fulvic acid somewhere on the forum, so I ordered some as it seems very interesting
I'll let you know if it helped!
