I was wondering how often or emphasis do you all put on training your abs doing precontest since lowering the bodyfat with diet/cardio plays the biggest role in making the abs visible. Frequency, sets, and reps for abs?
I usually just train my abs 3 times a week. Hit them quick and hard with some resistance.
