About standardized Z and E-Guggulsterones

After many of T4,T3 cycles ,What can u take in order to recovery your thyroid and and stimulate its own T4 and T3 release?
I've read u should use Commiphora Mukul and Z-Guggulsteron and E-Guggulsteron. But they should be standardized at least 10%.
Now,I was in Web and I've saw 'bodyactive on-line.co.uk' . There are a ton of brands into/inside.
I saw/read the slogan of [SAN]Guggulsterone. Do u know if this product has stndardized Guggulsterons at least of 10%??
Otherwise can u suggest me a better good quality one and brand too?
(does it exist standardized stuff too ,with E,Z-guggulsterones at 90-100% standardized too? ..or the maximum u can find has/is 10%?

All you need is a 30day dose of 1500mg L-tyrosine and 1000mcg kelp. Ive done numerous t3/t4 cycles and always ran that afterwards and never had issues.
