accutane question

for those of you that used it, at about 10mg/day did any of you ever experience vertigo? i started using it on sunday at 10mg and that night about 6 or 7 hours after i took my dose i just experienced intense vertigo as i was trying to go to sleep. is this a common side effect? and is it something i should seriously worry about or will it go away after a short period of time?

never had that issue...after just 10mg?!

I just started a few weeks ago at 20mg a day and have had an initial break out and chapped lips. Wich are both very common sides. Google accutan and
find the wikipedia website. It'll tell you all you need to
know.

40mg twice a day - for 80mg. Dry skin, chapped lips.

I was to be on for 5 months. After 4.5 months I realized I was feeling as though my whole body was arthritic and I stopped 2 weeks short. But the Accutane really worked.

Is this self prescribed? If the vertigo continues, particularly at 10mg, you need to see your doc.

i havnt had much break out, that has stayed about the same. i have been drinking considerably more water though. one of my friend who i just asked said he noticed this as well for the first week then it went away.

on a side not i started taking vitamin b-5 at 6g a day as well the same day. is there a possible interaction?

thursday night i have a 160 mile drive at about 8pm, part of which is through the grapevine, so i definitely do not want to be feeling vertigo. im going to take a dose today and if the vertigo continues it will be my last dose until i find out more about it, and yes it is self prescribed.
