Accutane/Viaminate

OK so some of our Asian friends can get what they call "Accutane", but it's called "Viaminate". After doing some searching online, this Viaminate stuff is NOT isotretinoin as far as I can tell. It is a retinoid (like accutane), but I found technical info and the chemical formula is different and everything.

I've read that Viaminate works good - but if it's not really accutane, what is it? Anyone else care to share any info they may have of this Viaminate?

im on a low dose right now...25mg ed, from our same asian friends...... and it has slowed acne down a lot..... but i think i need to up the dose, because its not fully clearing it up. Im not knocking it, i think i just need to up it. but next time around, i will go with isotretinoin for sure

yeah they are 2 different things, but the Viaminate is supposed to be good also i heard

I can't find much info on google about it, which I don't see as a good thing. It's a little cheaper than real isotretinoin, but before I decided to use it I'd want to know WHAT it is exactly, and how effective it is vs. real isotretinoin.

yeah i know what you mean. i heard it works but its like a mild version of iso. you wont get the extreme dryness and shit

That sums up basically all I wanted to know. When I searched Viaminate and saw a completely different chemical formula, I knew something was up.

Bump this thread so people dont get fooled into buying fake accutane. im not saying this stuff doesnt work, it just shouldnt be marketed as accutane. Great Find 617ricky.

I was close to ordering this stuff and I'm glad I didn't.. I really couldn't find all that much info on it, but it seems like it's some OTC medication used in Asia, so it can't be nearly as powerful as real accutane.. I went with the RS isotretinoin, and so far it seems legit.. Only been taking a low dose for a few days, but my lips already seem to be getting pretty dry, which is a key marker.. I currently don't have any acne, and that's the way I wanna keep it.. The low dose is gonna be a preventative measure for my cycle I'm gonna be starting in 2 wks.

Accutane is the tren of acne medication, a little goes a long way

get ready to carry chapstick everywhere you go, forgot it one day and my lips were cracked/bleeding

Currently 10mg twice a day.. Gonna stay at that dosage and see how things go once I start the cycle.. I'll bump it up a little if I have to, but hopefully it won't be necessary..

The cycle is just gonna be Test/Deca, but I'm gonna run some Liv-52 just to be on the safe side.. You think that could decrease the strength of the accutane or gear tho?

i would take 20mg all at once, i've ran both split dosing and all at once and noticed no difference. Although splitting obviously wont hurt. I dont imagine the liv-52 being any significant detriment, however ive never used liver supps as i get routine bloodwork and im always in normal range.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to take it all at once, seeing as I forgot to take my PM dose last night, which I can envision happening probably at least once a week lol..

And about the Liv-52 - I've read that it can decrease the effectiveness of oral steroids, but I'm not sure about injectables or a medication like accutane.. I'd hate to have that happen if my liver values are normal anyway, which I'm pretty sure they are.. I'll probably just take 1 pill a day, instead of the 2 pills twice a day they recommend.

accutane 100mg ed and my levels were barely elevated. No Bullshit, accutane is one of the most over exagerated orals out there in regards to liver toxicity. Theres just a bunch of damn internet personas parroting what they read on another board. Anyhow im sure it will vary from person to person but i wouldnt stress it at 20mg just like you wouldnt stress 20mg of dbol.

I just wanted to get it straight that i didnt suggest anybody take 100mg ed lightly, i was under the care of my physician at the time with regular bloodwork.
