ACL Injury and Leg training

I tore my ACL and had surgery to get it fixed two years ago. It was a long and painful process to rehabilitate the knee but about 6 months after the surgery, I mostly recovered. I gradually started training heavy after that but for the last few months, my knee started bothering me again. I decreased the weights a bit and limited the range of motion (no ass to grass, no locking the knees at the top), I also got rid of leg extensions as they were really straining my knees. Even with all that, the problem seems to only get worse lately. I did hack squats the other day and my knee is completely swollen now.

To those of you that had similar problems, what do you recommend? Back off leg training completely for a while? Use knee wraps? Perhaps I should go visit the doctor again to see what’s going on but I am afraid to find out I might need another surgery. Recovery from the first one was a bitch.
 
I would try and just work around it. Work that knee lightly until u gain full strength. I tore my ACL in football when i was younger. took about 6 months,But now that knee seems stronger then the other.
