So im going to be using some Aminooutpost IGF to test and im wondering the best way to incorperate it. I currently run a 100/100 combo of ghrp/ghrh+2iu GH 2x per day and just ghrp/ghrp at 100/100 pre bed. I do this 5x per week and the other 2days just the ghrp/ghrh. So im thinking of maybe adding a moderate dose of say 50mcg IGF for 6-8wks. Im unsure on the best timing to use it though, since its all about timing with peps/gh. usually my 1st pep/gh shot is in the a.m. then 4hrs later or so i train and my 2nd pep/gh shot is pwo. Im thinking maybe 50mcg IGF 30min pre workout or maybe run it 20min after my peps pwo with my slin.
