Advice for the Arnold Expo?

I am going to the Arnold for the first time this year. Always wanted to go but never had the time.
Is there any advice of what to see and what may be a waste of time. I saw that there are a ton of events planned for the weekend - some free and some for a fee. The expo website is not real helpful in my opinion and was hoping someone can give me some advice. Thanks

Just pay the fee and go into the main expo hall. If you like people watching, it's an all day affair! Tons of other events going on, I think they have over 100 different sports or something like that.,

Make sure you are there on Sunday...that's my advice. A lot of the vendors start selling stuff for real cheap rather than haul it back with them. The contests are all over so all the athletes are there, and they tend to be a lot more willing to talk, take pics, and autograph stuff than they are before the show.

make sure you check out the strongman competition ... its the heaviest show of the year ... 1200lb deadlifts ... shit like that ... its really cool

keep an eye out for the Animal cage. def my favorite part. Snapped a few pics with wrath and even ran into Preist that was a treat
