Ok My friend is wanting to do his first cycle. He hasnt been to the gym in near a year. His goal is just to lean down a little, and get an little jump start back into the gym. He has his cycle planned at this.

week 1-10 Test E 250mg every week
week 11-14 Test P 50mg ed
week 14 nova 30mg ed
week 15 nova 20mg ed
week 16 nova 10mg ed

I have tried talking him into upping the test to 250mg twice a week but he believes that may be to much. I was woundering if that cycle would be of any help at all or a waste of good gear? Thanks in advance for everyones input.

In my opinion, not a good time to go on Gear while he's been out of the gym for nearly a year. I would train hard and diet first because he has to adjust his body and muscle first before taking gear.
 
ya i agree with big cheif. he should just train hard and eat good for a 6 months or so till he gets used to lifting heavy again before he thinks about using

I agree 100% , but he doesnt listen. Im just curious is there could be any benafit from that cycle.

That's a good simple cycle, I just dont think it would benefit HIM much.
 
i believe he would benefit from the cycle, but it would just be smarter for him train naturally first before using
 
As said by all above, its not a bad cycle...but taking it at this point is a waste in my opinion. He would get to the same point in a 10-14wk time frame with getting back training hard and proper nutrition as he would with that cycle. Its the same on all levels, get to your potential without it then cycle to further your gains beyond that. its so easy to want to take the seemingly easy way out, even though its not going to be the answer to your goal...which is usually putting the most size on you can. patience is an amazing thing.
