Ok My friend is wanting to do his first cycle. He hasnt been to the gym in near a year. His goal is just to lean down a little, and get an little jump start back into the gym. He has his cycle planned at this.
week 1-10 Test E 250mg every week
week 11-14 Test P 50mg ed
week 14 nova 30mg ed
week 15 nova 20mg ed
week 16 nova 10mg ed
I have tried talking him into upping the test to 250mg twice a week but he believes that may be to much. I was woundering if that cycle would be of any help at all or a waste of good gear? Thanks in advance for everyones input.
