Hey guys, I am 25, 5'6" 200lbs 16-17 biceps, 34 waist, 40chest. I am looking to get as big as possible and always look for advice from anyone.
I workout 5 days a week. Each day I do 30min of cardio
Chest and tris (monday)
shoulders (tuesday)
back and bi's (wednesday)
legs (thrusday)
and friday is cardio cardio cardio
I do abs on every other day. I do not know if you guys need detailed information about the exercises I do, but let me know.
I would also like to know what my potential is.

My advice is to get serious about your diet.
If you're doing as much cardio as you've stated, you must not be eating very clean.

It's diet man - DIET - period.

Get your shit together.
You should not be 200 lbs at 5'6 with those measuements/dimensions given.

If your got down to a lean 170-180 at 5'6 you'd look like a suitcase full of hundreds. THEN, focus on "gains" - lean, quality, slow gains - not "mass".

At this point in your physique, the leaner you get the more muscular/bigger you'll look.

I don't subscribe to the "getting as big as possible" approach then trying to get lean - you'll end up spending the rest of your life trying not to look fat.

Strip off the crap weight, then focus on quality gains - then you'll always look tight.

Just my .02 - take it for what it's worth.

Hey thanks to the last guy who posted his advice, I took it to heart and have been dieting and focusing more on cardio and yes I am seeing some nice results as far as losing weight. I do feel a lot better about myself, so I wanted to say thank you for your honesty.
 
update

ok, after taking advice be happy to report I have dropped 3 pant sizes from a 36 waist to a 33 waist which I still have to wear a belt.
I am still tryin to lose and tone up, but I thought I would share new pics with you guys.

well first it is a dark blue shirt and second I have a crapy webcam
 
monkeys got a great point- bulking is fun but not fun when it comes to dieting- if you want to look money you gotta be in it to win- keep on a good clean diet year round and train hard and do cardio like 3-4x a week just to keep the heart healthy- good luck and keep us updated
 
I agree. I have been not eating fast food, white bread or anything with enriched flour. Also milk, orange juice no soda and no candy. I have been lifting every other day and limiting it to two major body groups on each day and doing cardio for 30min each night with intensity. I have lost weight and I am feeling better so I appreciate all the advice. This is only the second month I have been doing this.
