Hey guys, I am 25, 5'6" 200lbs 16-17 biceps, 34 waist, 40chest. I am looking to get as big as possible and always look for advice from anyone.
I workout 5 days a week. Each day I do 30min of cardio
Chest and tris (monday)
shoulders (tuesday)
back and bi's (wednesday)
legs (thrusday)
and friday is cardio cardio cardio
I do abs on every other day. I do not know if you guys need detailed information about the exercises I do, but let me know.
I would also like to know what my potential is.
