Below are legitimate questions I have after already using it a handful of times but I'm still yet to peak successfully on it
Please - to those who haven't had success with aldactone - I respect your reasons why but don't need to hear them again here.
I need to hear from those who used it & came in dry & relatively full & vascular.
I have a show on Sunday. I have ran Aldactone previously with limited success - 25mg Wed, 50mg Thur-Sun (show day Sun). Salt kept high right through. Water kept high until night before then sips only till show.
I was dry with very little subq water but had trouble filling out on the day leading up to show from my carb up & could not achieve any great pump before going on stage as well as losing the vascularity that I normally have.
So what do you guys (who've had success) do with your carb up approach when using aldactone? Do you make sure your already relatively full when you begin to take it a few days out?
Or do stay relatively glycogen depleted on the first couple of days e.g. Wed Thurs with show day being Sun. Then start filling out on the final 1-2-3 days & been successful in your glycogen reload?
And have you still got decent vascularity on show day with your approach?
Are you safe to spill a little during your carb load knowing that the aldactone will clean it up come show day?
