I know aldactone cuases your body to secrete sodium and not hold it, thus keeping water off. My question is, if you are on aldactone, but still introducing sodium into your body for the carb load, will your body be able to utalize the sodium your putting in with foods or will the aldactone force it out of your body and not allow it to be utalized and used, making your carb load more difficult?
Also, if the aldactone still allows you to utalize sodium your introducing, will any excess (extra/ left over) sodium NOT used or needed to load carbs be excreted from your body?
