Is that one of the weirdest titles yet or what? Don't ask me how I found this stuff, but I thought y'all might find it interesting. Alec works out with his brother billy and squats two plates even after the guy tells him not to. Condi Rice listens to Zeppelin and Cream when she works out(go figure). They ask Laird Hamilton if hes taken steroids. And LT's sports specific training looks pretty intense. Check it out:
