I been working with him since May of last year and I didn't get a shirt and beenie. Alex is a great guy, if he doesn't answer you, his wife is due any day now.

Bump that!! Alex is awesome!! The best coach ive ever had..Has completly transformed my physique..Im so excited to compete this year..
