Im one of the guys getting alot from creatine, i put on 3-4lbs and i gain some extra reps on all exercises, 10grams gave mere more effect then 5grams.I DO think 5g+ of creatine and perhaps even up to 20g could be very beneficial..especially with the research that has come out over the years about heart, brain, and skeletal health. The findings in the older adult population regarding muscle and cognition are pretty amazing.
If you can tolerate 10-20g of creatine a day, I would do it for moderate to long runs. You potentially only have things to gain from it.
